Math AIGet the app

Terms of use

By using Math AI you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Last updated 3 August 2026

The service

Math AI recognises maths problems from photographs and produces worked solutions, and provides a course of lessons and quizzes. It is a study tool, not a tutor, an examiner, or a guarantee of a grade.

Answers can be wrong

Two things can go wrong: the app can misread the problem, and the model can make a mistake in the working. Check the steps rather than copying the final line. Do not rely on it for anything where a wrong answer carries real cost, and do not submit its output as your own work where your school forbids that.

Your account

You need an account to solve problems and track progress. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at dogukanalig@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age of consent where you live, to hold an account.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Free accounts get 5 solves a day and show ads. Pro is 20 a day and Max is 50, both without ads.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and are billed by Apple or Google under their terms — not by us.
  • Cancel any time in your store account settings. You keep the paid tier until the period you have paid for ends.
  • Refunds are granted by the store, not by us. We will help you raise one.
  • If prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal and your store will tell you first.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Resell access, share one account across many people, or run the app against automated traffic.
  • Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use it to cheat where your school or exam board prohibits it. That is between you and them, but do not ask us to help.
  • Upload content you have no right to use.

We can suspend an account that does these things, and will say why when we do.

Content and ownership

The app, its code and its design belong to us. Problems you photograph remain yours — and since the image never leaves your phone, we have no claim on them and no copy of them.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid tier you have already paid for, you get a refund of the unused part.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Math AI is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — including marks lost through an incorrect answer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Questions go to dogukanalig@gmail.com.
